ICKE 2021 History
2021 7th International Conference on Knowledge Engineering (ICKE 2021) was planned to be in Okayama, Japan during March 27-29, 2021, co-sponsored by Okayama University (Japan). After careful consideration and in light of the global health emergency and pervasive travel restrictions, the organzing committee has made a tough decision and convert ICKE 2021 into an onsite conference (local attendees) blended with virtual mode (foreign attendees). Delegates who cannot attend the meeting due to the epidemic situation have participated in the web conference session or video conference session, etc.
The conference local chair, Prof. Nobuo Funabiki (Okayama University, Japan) gives warmly welcome to all attendees. Additionally, the organizing committees have invited Prof. Hai Jin (Fellow of IEEE, CCF, and Life Member of ACM, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, China), Prof. Akihiko Sugiyama (Fellow of IEEE and IEICE, Yahoo Japan Corporation, Japan), Prof. Yoshiaki Kakuda (Member of IEEE (U.S.A.), IEICE (Japan) and IPSJ (Japan), Hiroshima City University, Japan), Prof. Masahito Hirakawa (Shimane University, Japan) to deliver keynote speeches.
